Honey Chicken

Not much of a recipe here. Simply fried boneless chicken pieces that had been marinated in some masalas and then coated it with little honey, giving it that glazing look. Actually the fried pieces were quite spicy, so I tried to reduce the spice level by adding honey into it, just so that my son would eat it. Luckily, he did.

Boneless chicken - 250 gms - cut in thin strips/small pieces
Chicken masala - 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Tomato sauce /Lime juice - little
Honey - 1 or 2 tsp
Salt - to taste

Marinate chicken pieces with the chicken masala powder, ginger garlic paste, tomato sauce/lime juice ( for the tanginess ) and salt for a few hours. Shallow fry them in hot oil. Put the fried pieces in a bowl, pour honey on top and mix well.

Note : Instead of chicken masala powder you can use usual spice powders like turmeric, chilli, coriander, etc.
